Purpose
I consent to Yulia Sergeyevna Samarina (the “Operator”) processing the data I provide in the request form so that the Operator can review my request, contact me in the way I chose, clarify my task and agree the terms of a consultation.
Data
- my name or another designation I provide;
- the contact I provide for the reply — phone, email or messenger username;
- the task description, if I fill it in;
- the date and time of submission and the form language;
- the fact, receipt time, version and checksum of the consent text.
I do not include passport details, health information or other people’s personal data in my request.
Processing
The Operator may collect, record, systematise, accumulate, store, clarify, retrieve, use, provide to the contractor hosting the website and database, block, delete and destroy this data, with or without automation.
Request data is stored in the website database on Yandex Cloud servers in the Russian Federation. To notify the Operator, only a signal about a new request and its time is sent to Telegram — without my name, contact, task description or request number. My data is not transferred across borders.
Term
The data is processed until work on the request is completed, but for no more than 90 calendar days from submission. After this period, the name, contact, task description and consent evidence are deleted automatically.
If I order a consultation, information needed to conclude and perform the contract is processed on that separate basis for the periods set out in the Personal data processing policy.
Withdrawal
I may withdraw consent by email to samarina.iulya@yandex.ru or by letter to the Operator’s address. After withdrawal, the data is destroyed within 30 days unless the Operator is entitled to continue processing it on another legal basis.
I confirm that I give consent freely, of my own will and in my own interest, that I am at least 18 years old and that the data provided is my own.
